Cool Couriers can provide a home delivery service to all our regions that we operate in. This service is based on a drop and go service whereby we have authority to leave goods unattended.

Do I need an account to use the services of Cool Couriers?
You do not need to setup an account with Cool Couriers to use its services, however, if you are looking for payment terms of 7 days, you will need to talk to one of our friendly staff members to create an account.
What type of goods do you specialise in transporting?
Cool Couriers specialises in transporting chilled and frozen goods, ranging from perishable goods, meat, seafood, and medical/pharmaceutical goods.
We can also transport dry goods, if required
Do you offer insurance coverage for goods in transit?
Cool Couriers does not currently insure goods in transit.
While every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive at their destination undamaged, we do recommend insuring your goods.
How do I place an order for refrigerated transport services?
